Step 41 - Nagrand (Pre-patch leveling)

Hi, I have been asked to accept the quest 'Stealing from thieves' from Gezhe, however he doesnt have the quest (the next guy doesnt have the next step quest either). I assume I will have to accept and complete 'Membership benefits' or 'Obsidian warbeads' but the guide doesnt say that.

Nope. The quest giver does not have the quest even after completing both the ones I mentioned. He only has a daily now for Obsidian warbeads.
