Area quests in Draenor

Don't know if this is a change on Blizzard's end or a guide error but I am noticing lots of auto bestow area quests are not loading when the guide says they should. I have just been manually skipping them for now but I'm pretty sure it's not working as intended

What level are you? Which zone are you in? Did you talk to Chromie and sync yourself to the correct time line for that expansion?

Spot on , thank you. Apparently I didn't go back and chose Chromie time since this was an existing character. Service with a smile...Good Show !
