Strange behavior in the guide

So I just finished 3 hour session starting a new Panda.

The guide worked flawlessly.

Left the island to go to Org after I chose to join the Horde.

After doing the quests in Org to join the Horde I get to the end of the starter guide.

Try to find a new area to quest in and the guide says "no guides were loaded because you did not choose a faction.

Uh I just finished the horde quests.

How do I fix it short of deleting the character and starting over

After you choose a faction you just need to reload the UI so the guide viewer can load the guides for the new faction.
