Missing Waypoint

I am just about finished with my "the Explorer" title and I am in Stormshield in Dreanor. I have been flying all around Dreanor and I cannot get a Waypoint to guide me around here. All I am seeing is a notification of "Take the Portal to Exodar." Why? and how can I get the Waypoint to show up. Interface WTF directory has been replaced and I did blow out the guide and did a Full re-install.

Now I am stuck in a loop from Exodar > Stormwind > Stormshield

What does the guide step say? Have you gone to the flight master and opened the flight map so the guides will know which routes you have unlocked? If you can please give a screenshot.
