Allied Warcampaign - step 391

Step 391 of the Allied Warcampaign guide states: Accept "A Dying world". However according to Wowhead this quest is now obsolete and can no longer be acquired or completed.

Will this guide be updated?

We actually have this on our list to be fixed. Right now you can still get that quest but you must be under level 50 and you have to get it from a different NPC.

Any idea when this will be fixed? And any work around if you are level 50+?

I do not have an ETA for when it will be fixed. Part of the fix will be the team having to find out what needs to be done at 50+. I'm not sure how it works at 50+ for that campaign.

For now I will restart the campaign on a level 42 character...

I'm now at the same step with a pre level 50 char, but still no quest. What is the different NPC to get the quest from?

I'm sorry I wasn't reading our notes properly and gave the wrong info. You have to be 50+ to obtain it and you get it from an NPC named Earthen Guardian. Alliance should be able to find him in Boralus at 74.8,15.0 and Horde should be able to find him in Dazar'alor at 50.4,41.6.
