Undo declined gear

How do you 'undecline' gear? The Gear Advisor gave a new upgrade in Classic TBC. I clicked 'Decline'. How do I undecline declined gear? (I seem to remember there was an Undecline all Declined gear button, but I can't find it, if it ever existed..."

Open up the guide viewer settings in game and in the Gear section is the button to clear declined items.
