That is an error for one of Blizzard's UI files. If you disable all other addons and so only Zygor is running do you still get the error?

I disabled VendorPrice addon and it has seemed to clear up the issue.

It seems to go away when I am not using ElvUI or Tukui, however, I'd like to be able to use those addons. Any clue if there are other fixes?

Try doing a full guide reset.

1. exit WoW
2. go to the WoW/_classic_/Interface/Addons folder and delete any Zygor folders
3. go to the WoW/_classic_/WTF/Account/<your account name here>/SavedVariables folder and delete the Zygor files in there
4. run the desktop client and install a fresh copy of the guides
5. go back in game to test and see if that fixed it

Then something in ElvUI is probably messing with things. Try disabling (in ElvUI) any skinning of the AH window and any skinning of Zygor to see if that resolves it.
