i have paid for the guide and everything and also have proof that the payment went through but i have not been given zygor elite like a paid for

While you do have many attempts to pay for a subscription they were all declined by our verification system because it did not like the address that you were entering. Anything you see with your bank would have been a pending hold by your bank and the bank will return those funds to your account after a while since the transaction never completed. Please make sure you enter the address exactly as it is shown on the statements you get from your bank in the mail. If it still fails then please try a different card or PayPal.

i dont see the issue, this is the only site that has an issue with my billing address
