weird wow abiltie mash lockup lag anyone els have this?

on my server i have good stable latency ms home 10 ms world 10 but stil when i hit the abilties at randomly times it locks them up i talked in general chat alot of people seems to have the same issue anyone knows a fix for this?

First time I've heard of something like this. Have you checked the WoW forums for any threads about it? There might be some possible solutions there.

once i got higher it didnt happened maybe it's just an outland eu bug many peoplehad those issue last time
