Bloodmyst Isle 10-60 Step 1 no go

Talk to Torallius the Pack Handler-no quest from him at all. Step 2 works though. However the Kessel run quest works but 2 of the people you give messages to actually have quest they give when you click on em too, which are not part of guide.

The first step quest is only available if you've done the Coming of Age quest in Azurmyst Isle. It's just a breadcrumb quest to get you to the NPC for step 2 so it's not a major thing if you're not able to get it. As for the other quests, not every quest will be in the guides. It's also possible that those quests will be picked up later in the guide.
