I also run ElvUI with AddonSkins and I don't have any problems running the addon. I do have other errors that only occur when I have Zygor enabled but thats for another thread ;)

Is there a way to tell the wow client to ignore these specific errors? Or at least how to tell bugsack to ignore it? Hearing 'Fatality!' every time I log in or the UI is reloaded is annoying.

Huh interesting.. how did the viewer skip step 22 and allowed me to continue? I understand I could have manually told the view to skip a step. But I did no such thing.
