Closing this thread as the comments within were about the guides before the Efficiency Update which has now been released and has addressed these concerns.

The Efficiency Update has now been released for both Horde and Alliance and all of the major issues have now been addressed. As a result, this thread will now be closed.

I don't know about the rest, but the addon used to create the top bar is Titan Panel.

That's not a Zygor feature so they must be achieving that with some other addon.

Ok, you might be able to use the Reputation Guide version instead until we get that fixed.
