Night Elf (1-11) Step 128

The guide tells me to click on one of the 3 bushes in the long wooden planter and Accept "The Sprouted Fronds". When the bushes are clicked you get "Sprouted Fronds" as an item, but it does not give you a quest.

Now I am doing this as a level 85 Human, so I'm not sure if thats it so I can't get the quest.

If you got the items then you done the quest. This is a turnin only quest and addons cannot catch this, look at the comments on wowhead:
