Cooking: food with stats and what to choose

Heey guys,

Nearly maxed out my cooking skill.
Im a Holy paladin.
What stats in food to get well-fed are best?

Haste? Sprit? Spellpower?

sugestions?

I think for holy paladin this is the order to go for:
spellpower->spirit->haste->crit

A late reply (2 days past OP), but I play healers in game as well.
Basically its a matter of what you are doing. Are you running 5 man's, or are you raiding?
If you are running 5 man's, Int would be my advise. There isnt a fight that lasts long enough for you to need a spirit buff, and you can drink after a difficult pull. Also, if you are running Za/Zg for gear, you want the burst heals for fellow under-geared players, and Int will make your heals hit harder.
Raiding, however, is another story. What happens to you during a boss fight is what I will focus on. During a boss, if you are not running out of mana, buff for Int. If you are struggling with mana, you will want to buff for spirit.
Eventually, though, your mana regen will come off of your gear, and you will go back to buffing for Int. Int is your #1 stat, and the more you take on the better your heals will be. But only after you have settled your mana issues out. The game is designed for players to have mana issues now, so we all have them till we get better gear.
