The TomTom waypoint support has been fixed, maybe this broke Carbonite support.
Carbonite was also a bit broken already. I think using Carbonite as waypoint arrow did not work, you had to emulate TomTom am I right? Then fixing TomTom caused this to not work anymore.

The guides have their own Carbonite support at this point. Options are built-in, Cartographer (should be removed at this point), Carbonite, and TomTom. I believe that it worked for Carbonite with or without Carbonite set to emulate TomTom. At this point it doesn't work either way.

Edit: I think that the Carbonite support in the guides was simply a copy of the TomTom aspect for setting waypoints but I could easily be wrong.

This is correct. With the TomTom emulation off, the Carbonite option threw an LUA error in Waypointing dealing with TomTom as seen here.

AFAIK this is also true. Was just a check which was actually loaded as to which option to display/allow.

Ok Zygor, if you could make the change fast in the Waypoint.lua file it would be great.

This from the Carbonite author:

Nx:TTSCW should be the function they need to call. It was renamed when I updated the TomTom emulation. It is equivalent to TomTom:SetCustomWaypoint.

When I get home in the morning I'll test this to see if it's just the 2 instances in the Waypoint.lua file getting changed to fix the error and get the Carbonite arrow working again.

replacing those 2 occurrences does sorta fix the waypoint problem, although it will not have the nice little "Goto xx.x, yy.y" that is usualy in with the distance and time to arrival that i usually see when using the carbonite waypoint
