Zygor Guide Updater Still Not Working!

Zygor doesn't even show up in Windows Firewall.

No problem, glad it helped! If you ever have that problem, you can thank access control within the Program Files directories :P. Just run any programs within there as an administrator and you should be okay.

Also could be a shot in the dark you could try it in compatibility mode. Right click the Zygor Shortcut on your desktop select properties. Then click the Compatibility Tab. Check the box next to Run this program in compatibility mode for and in the drop down box select Windows XP Service Pack 3. Click Apply at the bottom of the box then click OK. The try the updater again.

Ok glad that is working for you. To make it where you don't have to right click it every time and select Run As Administrator right click the Zygor Icon click the Compatibility Tab. Near the bottom should be a check box next to Run this program as an administrator. Check that box then click Apply then click OK. Now you should have to select Run as administrator every time you open the Updater.
