I have 2 wow accounts on my desk top. One for the American server and one for the European server. I have Zygor on one of them but would like to have it on my other account is it possible to use the same zygor i have in both accounts without having to buy a new one.

Yes, you can. I would imagine that you have 2 separate WoW installation folders for this setup. If the Updater is keep your Zygor files updated for the American server then just copy the files from that installation folder over to the European installation folder. This would then give you Zygor on both accounts. That's the easy, non-techy way to do it.
If you'd like a techy way to get both of them to use the single installation then look up (google search) a small program called Junction.My Flight Path Follies guide
