Hello i got this error after patching the guide :

Please update your guide. That bug was fixed almost immediately after that release.

Thanks for your quick reply. I have tried updating my guide, but it seems to be stuck at 3.3.3056.
Any suggestions? Thank you.

Sounds like the Updater is pointing to a different AddOns folder than what WoW is using in game. Double check the top box in the Updater settings and see if you can find the proper directory for it. If you can't use the Support link at the top of the website to send in a ticket and we'll make arrangements to do a remote session to help you get it all fixed.

Thanks for your suggestions! I noticed that my Viewer Guides were listed in Public/games AND my C: program files/ drive. Deleted the Public file. I went to WoW/Interface/AddOns....then noticed the old Zygor Guides there (deleted them). Was able to find the new ones and dragged them to where they should be. Eureka! It works! Thank you. Thank You!

Don't forget to make sure the top box in the Updater settings is pointing to the right spot otherwise it won't update the guides properly.

cant downlod updater get error not full account

cant download updater says not full account then crashes
then lots of error messages ussally 10 appear

That's definitely not normal. Try going to your WoW/Interface/AddOns folder and delete the ZygorGuides_Updater.exe file, then log into the Members area and download a new copy of it. When you run it go into the Settings and make sure your username/password are entered correctly, then click on OK and then Repair. If you have any anit-virus or firewall software running you might also want to try to disable them to see if they might be interfering with the Updater. Worst case scenario, you can always log into the Members area and click on the Manual installation link, then extract the zip file into your WoW/Interface/AddOns folder to get the guides updated.
