Haha, that should be havequest(29564). Looks like the shift key was missed for the closing ). Will add it to the bug list.

When I select the Gear guide, it opens my character info. nothing happens. I can't select "accept" to open the guide.

The gear guides are still in more of an alpha stage for what has been released. It only contains 2 or 3 dungeons and my understanding is that what has been released so far is very different from what they are planning on releasing.
