Step 18 says that winter squid can still be caught in the spring, albiet at a very low rate. Is this true??

According to WoWHead posts most people are saying that it can only be caught Sept. 23 - Mar. 20 if you're on US server or Mar.20 - Sept. 23 if you're on Oceanic server. It can no longer be caught in Azshara.My Flight Path Follies guide
