On my DH, I ran the Heart of Sin quest on NM and with ~300% w/ Valor (200% gf unbuffed still works nicely) on a level 60 I made around 350-420k depending on luck an hour if anyone was interested. Runs took me about 12 1/2 minutes each, with around 10 rares a run which if they're decent you can put on AH for cheap for more profit
