      There's something with the Mac OS or the Mac Updater that's causing the Updater to not be able to retrieve the news. This is what causes the zero byte error you see. The Updater still works for getting the guides updated, it's just not displaying the news at the top.

        I have left the updater running all night and now I don't have any guid at all. I have tried to download the guide manually and it doesn't even show up in the game anymore. I am at a loss.

            I havent tried to do anything gaming wise on my Mac for a while, but Ill delete my Zygor stuff tonight or tomorrow and see if I get the same problem.

            Also, the version of the OS you are running will be helpful as well.

                  I'm also getting the Zero Byte error. It still works tho updating the guides.

                  Mac Pro 2.66 GHz Quad Core Intel Xeon
