Error in entering membership area

I bought the alliance guide from Level 1 - 90. However, I am unable to enter the members area. It said that it had disabled my account and told me to contact the webmaster. I paid for the product but i am not able to download it or i don't know how. Is there anyone that can help me?

Use the Support link at the top of the webpage (http://support.zygorguides.com/) and send in a ticket. Make sure you add your Clickbank order number in the form or you'll just get an email back requesting you to send it in because the accounts department can't do anything without the Clickbank order number.
