Following The Golden Lotus Pre-quests, can't take the first quest?

It's possible since this is to help build rep that you might have too high of a rep with Golden Lotus from other questing. If you continue on with the guide can you get any of the other quests? Also, what is your current rep level with Golden Lotus?

My current rep is Neutral.

Just kept on skipping steps to see if I can take any kind of quest, not a single quest available. What is happening?!

After some digging around it looks like you need to learn the Panda flying to be able to open any quests for the Golden Lotus.

How do I learn that?

Talk to the flying trainer in Shrine of Seven Stars. You want the Wisdom of the Four Winds that allows you to fly in Pandaria.

I already have that long ago when I reached level 90.

So I've done the quests now, however the Cordinates are pretty much all wrong through out the guide, though it's easy to find using inbuilt quest-helper by WoW. Maybe it's just my my game that are displaying the NPCs wrong? :O
