Red Flying Cloud

After quickly going through the list of mounts in the MoP section, I came across the 'Red Flying Cloud' in the Ground Mounts section. I have no experience of this mount yet however I am sure I have seen people flying around on these, as well as in one of your preview videos during the leadup to release.

Strange, who would label a flying cloud a ground mount
According to wowhead it drives and flies at any speed:
