Right now I want to gain Rep for the Mag'har faction. I spend my whole day running around in Nagrand mostly doing quests that dont give me rep with that faction.
Why should I do them???

That is so you can unlock all of the quests that do give rep with Mag'har.

Blizzard may have changed some of the quest rewards around which could explain those last 3 quests not giving you Mag'har reputation. But please keep in mind that there were never enough quests in the game to get you to exalted with Mag'har and you would always have to grind to hit exalted. This is just how Blizzard designed this faction. It's the exact same situation for the Alliance side with the Kurenai faction in Nagrand.
