Gear bug

I'm running Stranglethorn this morning with one my newer toons. I'm getting dueling equips

Cap of Harmony and Slitherdog Headguard. Zygor advisor tells me to switch, then tells me to switch again.

Unless I delete one, and how am I to know which, I will have this thing swapping my headgear constantly until I can upgrade or part with one.

I don't know what class/spec you are so I can only guess. I would say if you're a hunter or rogue keep the headguard, if you're a caster keep the cap. If you're not sure post your class/spec and then I can tell you more definitely which one to keep.
