You can find that in the MoP section of the Titles guides that you own. I think it's the bottom one in the list.

I am on the Horde side, and I am having trouble locating a title guide.

Which title? If you know the name of the title you should be able to type it into the search bar at the top right of the guide selection window to find the guide.

Its called Darkspear Revolutionary on the Horde Side.
