Alliance, Cooking Dailies (in "Main Cities" dialog) - Question

Off the top of my head, I believe it's because it doesn't impact the others. I think you can only do one of the three -- Stormwind, Ironforge, or Darnassus. If you do one of those (starting at level ten), you can still do the Dalaran daily but not until you're level 65.

You are both correct. The main cities are separate from Dalaran in how stuff is handled and we consider the main cities to be those from the 2 main continents of Azeroth.
