guide viewer error

using 4.0.7421 with wow 5.4.1, every time I open my map and then close it, I get the guideview error that it has been blocked from an action that is only available to Blizzard UI. i ignore, but, this happens every time I open and then close my map

Can you both try disabling all other addons to see if you have this problem when only the guides are enabled? Also, please copy/paste any LUA errors you get.

Im getting the same message and all addons are disabled bar Zygor and it still comes up after looking at map. I put the LUA errors on but thats not coming up yet =)

Ok, we're checking into this. They must have changed something with 5.4.1 that we missed.

update also happens when i go into spellbook and ppl complaining titan panel not working so they must of changed something

Same here and I have no other addons installed, I only seem to get it when opening and closing Map.

Same here as well. It still continues to work just fine after clicking Ignore, though... just a little annoying have to do that everytime I check the map.

I am getting the same every time I open my map or the character panel. I have no other add ons either.

Make sure you have the latest version installed. We just sent out an update today that fixed this.

Did the update last night and It fixed the problem on the map but not the character info panel, but then today its back again with both?

Do you get the error if you have all other addons disabled and only the guides are enabled? Also double check to see what the guide selection window (small drop down arrow on guide viewer) is displaying for the version number.
