Guide suggests Northern Stranglethorn 61.21 Crystal Spine Basilisks
I found many more Ironjaw Basilisks in the Crystalvein Mine around 64.30 in Southern Stranglethorn quick respawns and dropping mostly medium and some heavy leather. Didn't have much luck with medium hide in either location.
