Make sure you use your sercii username and not your email address in the Updater settings.

You have to use sercii in the username for it to work. If you use the email address it will not work. I sent you an email with what you need to enter. I tested it and what I sent you is working for me.

Did you try to copy and paste what I sent in the email?

Try going to your C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local folder and delete the Zygor folder in there, then run the ZygorGuidesClient.jar file again.

Do you by chance have any internet security or anti-virus that might be blocking the connection to our server? If you do try disabling those.
