Since I'm completely confused where to actually do our bug reports at (mostly because we don't have our own support section like D3/WoW has within the support forum for bugs) I'll post here.

I'm with Dagger Covenant faction.
I got this at the mages' guild in daggerfall. This didn't appear until after I got the quest to do Cheesemonger's Hallow.
I'm a sorcerer level 10 High Elf if that means anything.
My current zygor guide step is showing Betnik (7-8) step 1. However, whenever I reload the ui it then puts me on Glenumbra (8-16) step 293.
I wish there was a bug collector for this stuff so we could send you out reported bugs, instead of having to screenshot...
