Can't even get started

SUPER frustrating just getting this to install correctly.

I download, go in game and it only lists Trial guide and L40-49 guide. Neat. I'm L20.

Read through forum post after forum post... reboot, try everything.

Feel like I've been duped out of $30. TERRIBLE experience so far.

Did you try using the wrench icon on the Updater client to re-install the guides? That will normally fix this problem.

Your problem might be that the char your playing is NOT the alliance for the guide you purchased.....that was my problem. I created my char with the daggerfall alliance, but then decided to switch race to Wood Elf, and that automaticaly changed my alliance and I didnt know it. Took me a bit to figure out why I wasn't seeing the guides.
