Recommended Guide after Leveling

Can anyone provide recommendations for which guide is best to get after the leveling guide? Also, WHEN is the best time to add that second guide?

What to get next would depend on what you want to do once you're max level. And I say max level because once you get to that point doing all the other things in WoW is a lot easier.
