Why don’t you handle veteran content by letting us select cadwells silver or cadwells gold. The guide says it is the easiest and fastest way to level. But when you are in the vet zones you tell us to skip what we don’t need or just give us the step numbers for silver and gold to jump to.

We have the guides setup to automatically show you what you need depending on if you have Silver or Gold in your quest log. This is easier than you picking Silver or Gold and then us showing you the same thing.

how precisely does that work? atm im a vet 4 and in my guide it says at the top of the options 'Aldmeri veteran guide', but still lists the 1 to fifty stages from the wailing prison to coldharbour leveling guide is it some how different?

The guides simply check to see if you have either the Cadwell's Silver or Cadwell's Gold quest in your log and then displays the appropriate leveling guide. You do need to own the 3 different ESO Leveling guides for it to work, which you do. It should also skip things like the fighter's and mage guild quests since you should have completed those story lines in your main faction zones while leveling to 50.

Im working on Caldwell's gold atm so i need to go to wailing prison 1-3 is that correct?,

No, it shouldn't be trying to send you to Wailing Prison. This might be another bug related to the 1.5 ESO patch that came out on Monday.

If you click the drop down arrow on the guide viewer it should open up the guide selection window and you should be able to use that to load up the guide for the zone you're in and go from there.

Ok, it's trying to get you changed over to the right guide but something is keeping it from getting the right guides loaded into the viewer. Could you post up a screen shot of your Documents/Elder Scrolls Online/live/AddOns/ZygorGuidesViewer/Guides folder?

Ok, everything seems to be right. You don't have the trial versions installed at all so the full guides should be there in game. When you're in game try typing /reloadui into the chat window and see if reloading the game interface gets the viewer to get the proper guides loaded.

dont think that will work, im reloading the ui every 30 mins due to the waypoint bug.

Ive just taken out all addons except the viewer, and tried it again with the same error message it seems to be looking for a guide called blackrock isle.

The Bleakrock Isle guide is part of the Ebonheart Pact guides. Where does Caldwell's Gold direct you to go?
