[RESOLVED] Won't let me move pointer arrow

As title says, the new guide wont let me move the arrow - it just sticks to the top of the guide window.

and yes i have unlocked it in settings

Thank you - was the only thing i didn't try - relogged character, reloadedui - nothing helped.
But exiting the client completely, and starting it again did the trick - Thank you
