[RESOLVED] zygor wod error urgent

I bought the wod update everything went fine until i login the box is greyed out under draenor invasion and when i click the box it says

unable to load guide events warlods of draenor iron horde invasion no valid steps

wasnt there a 90-100 lvl guide its not even in the list and i get an error instead

Please make sure your account has the WoD leveling guides associated on the product page in the members section here on the website.
Check the Zygor client settings (wow addons folder) and use the wrench icon in the lower right of the client to reinstall the guides.
Alternative you can download the manual installation zip file and extract it to your WoW addons folder. You find the link in the smaller text box below the Zygor client downloads in the members section.

Try doing a full guide wipe/reset.


1. Exit WoW
2. Go to the WoW/Interface/Addons folder and delete the ZygorGuidesViewer folder
3. Go to the WoW/WTF/Account/<accountname>/SavedVariables folder and delete the Zygor files in there
4. Run the installer client and install a fresh copy of the guides
5. Go back in game and see if that fixed it

Did not fix it. This problem pertains primarily to the Iron Horde Invasion quests. I can access other guides, just not those.

Do you mean the Iron Horde mini event or the level 90-100 leveling guides?
The mini event should be over and for the 90-100 leveling guides you need to purchase an upgrade (if you didn't already). Please check the products page in the memebers section here on the website which status it shows for your leveling guides, MoP or WoD.
Also please shut down WoW before updating the guides as WoW does not recognize new files of an addon while running.
