Didnt receive any potion item to begin a guide quest chain

My guides currently stuck on a quest back at my garrison. I have to drink some potion in order for me to be able to continue the guide. I received no such potion. The quest marker points to my garrison so I flew there and found no such thing. I have a feeling this quest chain changed since you made the guide.

This was around level 91 in shadowmoon valley Alliance. Ill write down more info when I get home. Sucks I have to drop the guide till level 92 though : <

If you are not an alchemist just skip the steps for that potion. That is an alchemy only quest and should not be showing for you.
