[RESOLVED] Not the guide I paid for.

I upgraded my levelling guide for horde and alliance last night. The first stage loads (jungle) but there are no more guides to load. It seems that the updater is not picking up my subscription details.

If you use the drop down arrow on the guide viewer to open the guide selection window and then go into the Leveling section do you see the WoD guides?

I see the WoD guide and when I click on it, it only contains the Tanaan Jungle (90-90) guide. Nothing else.

My dailies and events guides for most of the previous content are also missing. It feels like my account is set to trial or something like that?

Can you post a picture of your installer client?

Well that looks ok. Try exiting the game then run the installer client and use the wrench to reinstall the guides and see if that makes the guides show up in game.

Had to uninstall and reinstall a few times, but seems to be working now. Thanks
