Dungeons & gear guide aint working

Ive bought the wod dungeons and gear guide but it dosent work.

The guide suggesting that i should go to Temple of the jade serpent :O

can someone plz help me with getting it to work.

Have sent a email to support but no answer.

tried to reinstall it but with no success :/

604 ilvl. level 100 trying to delete wow addon and wow wtf still no success;(

Same for me, it find absolutely no upgrades for my green/blue questing gear (just hit 100 btw) apart from one update it find from Stormout Brewery.. Looks like it is not updated to WoD.

Ditto Gear Guide swaps gear a lot back and forth and seems confused which in turn was confusing me. Now I'm just holding everything till its fixed so not to DE something i might need. I've used a gear site and one of you are wrong or has errors.

Will it get fixed anytime now? It's been quite a while and it is now that we need the gear upgrader to work. I am almost done with the heroic dungeons and have to keep using wowhead for finding info, when I have payed 35 dollars to get it done in-game automatically.

any updates or progress? Blizzard gave us 5 days for their problems. I love Zygor just want everything I paid for working.

If we would have as many employees as Blizzard we would have been able to fix it in 5 hours.

We will get it fixed as soon as we can.

Blizzard gave us game time due to their issues.
Maybe we should be getting a partial refund for this non-working software ;-)
