why pandaria

just started an undead hunter in skyfall realm and it says I need to go to pandaria for levels 1-12...why cant I just do quests where im at?

Did you previously have a pandaren character by the same name on that realm?

Click the dropdown box and select the correct guide.

thanks for the response, however, never played a pandarin toon. When I click the drop down box it only has 1. pandaria 1-12 and 2. Garrison building. Also never played a toon with this name

Try going into the guide viewer options and in the Profiles section click the Reset Profile button. Then type /re into the chat to reload the UI.

Looks to me as if the guide thinks you're playing a neutral character, which is what the pandaren are before you choose a side. The only guides a neutral character can choose is that one.

When you do what Zygor Support said, i'd also recommend disabling all addons other than the guide for the time being. Reenable them once the guide is working.

still the same..did what support and bomyne said to no avail. Just 2 options remain, 1. wandering isle 1-12 and 2. garrison guide. Also to let you know it seems to work ok with other toons I play just this one is not working :s

Try doing a full guide wipe/reset.


1. Exit WoW
2. Go to the WoW/Interface/Addons folder and delete the ZygorGuidesViewer folder
3. Go to the WoW/WTF/Account/<accountname>/SavedVariables folder and delete the Zygor files in there
4. Run the installer client and install a fresh copy of the guides
5. Go back in game and see if that fixed it

With the ZG installer open as the active window (click a blank area in it), hold down alt and press prntscrn. Nothing will appear to happen. Hold the windows key and press R then type "mspaint" no quote marks and press enter. press Ctrl-V. Save that file and upload it here.
