Hunter weights are wrong

the guide keeps trying to equip haste/mastery things and that is my lowest stat.

the stat weights for Beast Master hunter are

weapon damage>agility>multistrike>crit>versatility>master y=haste

it even tried to equip an INT trinket because it had haste on it.

also keep getting that same thing everyone else is getting where it doesnt "see" a random slot and tries to put in something stupid lol

Are you positive you have the latest guide version being used in game? Please double check it on the guide selection window in game.

With the next bad suggestion please try right clicking the gear icon on the suggestion pop-up and see if that gives you a full gear suggestion bug report that you can post for us.

It's possible that the system is having a hard time trying to determine which of the 5 different variations of the item is being used. In the case of the Sharpeye Legguards there are 5 different version and the ilvl 600 one you have does have a level 95 requirement for it according to WoWHead. Blizzard is messing with everyone with the WoD gear in that you'll have 1 item with 5 variations on it and it retains the exact same ID number for all variations which makes it much harder to know which one we need to score.

i have the addon set to update automatically. its running all the time in the background. the full report wont fit in the box and i dont know how to make it into a window thingy so it wont make everything into smileys lol

Ok, try going to your WoW/Interface/Addons/ZygorGuidesViewer folder and please let me know what the modified and created dates are for the Item-ItemScore.lua file.

Ok, it's possible you didn't get the one update properly for the file but I think you did. Try just deleting the ZygorGuidesViewer folder from your WoW/Interface/Addons folder and then install a fresh copy of the guide files to be sure.

Seriously, when is all of this going to be properly addressed? My gear suggestion add on hasn't worked since I purchased it on the day it was first made available. My gear suggestions are consistently wrong and I don't feel that I should be forced to submit a bug report to you guys every time I need something fixed. It should just work properly, plain and simple.

After reading through this forum and seeing a suggestion to check the modified dates on my guides via my interface folder I realized that no modifications have been made since 12/6/14. I figured that might have been the core of my current issues since Zygor also stated in this forum that the guides viewer issues have been solved. Needless to say that has not helped at all. I am still receiving bad gear suggestions and the "recommended" gear upgrade system is still showing all but one of my gear slots as "no upgrade found" even though I know for certain that there are plenty of items available through dungeon runs that are well above my ilvl. The one gear slot that is actually showing a suggestion is about 200 gear levels below mt current item.

I hate to be redundant here since I have seen multiple people say what I am about to say but I will say it regardless. As a paying customer for years, I feel that this situation is completely unacceptable and compensation for a clearly broken product is well within reason at this point.

The new gear system is currently in testing and should be released soon. We expect that to fix all of the problems that are out there right now with the gear system.
