Navigation broken in Mount Hyjal

After getting a couple of characters to 100 with no issues with the guides, I went back to a level 80 character to start to level them up. When I load the Mount Hyjal guide, the navigation arrow does not work correctly past step 8. Every step actually in Mount Hyjal shows the coordinates to go to, but no distance and it points way off the map to nothing to the NW on the minimap, with nothing shown on the big map. This is on the alliance side. I've checked another character that is 76 and in Northrend, and everything is fine there. This seems to be specific to Mount Hyjal.

I just tried another character that is further along in Mount Hyjal (Step 70), and exact same issue.

The navigation seems to be broken somehow specifically in Mount Hyjal. I don't know about the rest of Cataclysm yet, but it is working perfectly for me elsewhere. I have the latest version of the add on and guides (5.0.11064).

This is a known bug we are working on.

Can you be more specific? Did it recently break and do you expect it to be fixed shortly or should I go to Vashj'ir instead? Does Vashj'ir work? I just hit 80 so I'd rather get moving on leveling and don't care which zone.

This is something that was reported recently but we're not sure when it broke. So far we've seen problems with Uldum, Mt Hyjal, and Deepholm. I think Vash'jir is ok but I'm not positive.

Vashj'ir was ok while I was there but I just left there to go to Deepholm. Hope it isn't too bugged.

Any kind of ETA? I see from looking at other posts that this has been reported multiple times. It makes the guides useless in the Cataclysm zones right now.

I quit playing wow sometime back but I found that my mildly autistic grandson likes it when he has the instructions of the guide to follow, so I upgraded and bought the new guides so he would have them when his character got higher, but now the older ones like Hyjal and Uldum dont work?? I suppose it is too late to ask for a refund on the upgrades I bought.

It's not too late to ask for a refund but since these are Cataclysm zones that are having problems getting a refund wouldn't fix this for you. We are working to get these fixed as quickly as we can.

The latest update seems to have fixed this issue in Hyjal - I'm not sure about other zones yet. Thank you for the quick update on it.
