Gear System getting worse?

I have the latest version of the guides installed (5.0.11193) as of this morning and now the Gear System is recommending that I equip gear that I am not a high enough level to use.

What gives?

Hopefully an image has attached. Character is Level 90 but item requires 91.

This actually happened on every character I have loaded today that has had an item in their inventory that they were too low to wear.

I'll get this on our bug list so it can be fixed. Looks to me like it's just a small bug with not comparing the level requirement to your level.
