6.1 guide issues

I can't seem to get the guide to come up when i open the game. I updated the game via the downloader, but it still won't work.

The zygor black box comes up on my screen, but when I try to select a guide, nothing pops up at all.

Has anyone else been having this type of error?

If you disable all other addons do you still have this problem? Have you made sure you're running the latest guide version?

Yes and yes. I'm up to version 5.0.11468. I'm also running on a mac, if that helps.

Try clicking the Addons button at the character selection screen and check the box at the top of that window labeled 'Load out of date Addons'. Maybe it's not seeing the guides as being updated properly.

That's just it. I did that already. the "load out of date add ons" is clicked. I see the guide when I open the game, but I can't pull up any actual guides. Is there anything we can do?

Can you post a screen shot of your installer client window?
