Gold Guide - Market Data under Linux

I run WoW under linux, and use the direct download link to update my Zygor Guides. I noticed that one has to run the update client to get the market data for the gold guides - the update client (last time I tried) does not run correctly under linux (nor in a VM).

Is there no way for people NOT on windows to use the Gold Guide, considering the market data would be crucial.

Currently, the client is required to get the Gold data. Please contact technical support about this and they will take care of you.
