jv16 powertools blocks checkout with hosts file entry

I was unable to checkout using Chrome or Firefox and finally figured out why:

It seems jv16 powertools added 'ssl.clickbank.net 127.0.0.1' to my hosts file. This blocks Zygors checkout system. Removing the entry let me get my upgrades!

Might be an idea to go to the immunize page and add clickbank's domains to the exclusion box.
