Gear and Dungeons guide (not working)

I'm having an issue with this guide. which i recently just bought
when i click the item to upgrade and click load the guide this shows up:

from that point nothing happens. I feel as if ive just wasted money on this guide.
It's the LFR guide which i clicked on. and i know that there is an lfr guide.

It looks like the Gear Finder is just trying to load up a Hellfire Citadel guide which doesn't exist. It would need to load up a specific one such as Hellfire Citadel - Destructor's Rise (LFR). I'll let the team know about this so they can get it fixed.

I actually have came across another problem.
Whenever I check my gear suggestion settings within the addon it defults to Holy spec. (primary spec for me is RET)
even if I change the settings and logout no matter what I seem to do it always goes back to holy.

I know that it can sometimes show the default spec if the guide viewer loads the settings before the server tells the guide viewer what your class/spec is. Have you tried doing a UI reload to see if it then displays the correct setting? What it displays when you first log in should not keep the gear suggestions from using the correct spec when showing you the suggestions.
