Zygor Elite expired??

Why do I get an ingame warning that my zygor elite has expired? My creditcard records show that I have been billed for the subscription fee.

My subscription data:
Subscription Status: Active
Next rebill: February 17th, 2016

The Zygor version installed is version 5.0.13173
That is the latest version.

I have WoW installed on my laptop and on my PC. I use zygor on both my laptop and PC because I have two WoW accounts. I have the zygor client installed on my laptop and copy the "ZygorGuidesViewer" directory to my PC when there was a new update. I noticed that the "Zygor Elite expired" message does not appear on the laptop where the client is installed.

You guys told me a while ago that it was ok to copy the directory to the other PC's in my household. It that not the case anymore????

PS) I just performed a "Scan and repair" in my client on the laptop and replaced the "ZygorGuidesViewer" directory on my PC. The expired error is now gone.
Was it just an error or it the user policy changed regarding to the use of zygor in one household?

That was just a small error. The policy did not change.

Just so you know, if you want to prevent this from happening again you will want to install the client onto both computers because your license refresh is not seen as an update and happens in the background.

The error still pops up in my second wow account. Is there anyway I can prevent that. Can only add one account in the client.

Is this still popping up on your second account after installing and using the Client on both computers?

Yes it does. It does not pop up in the Wow map of the account where the client is doing its update.
I have two separate wow directories. One for each wow-account. It would be great If I could attach my second account also to the client. I can only attach one.
I know a lot of players who have two accounts.

Ahh, right now it can only install the files into one directory. You will need to manually copy the files from the installed directory over to your other directory to keep them updated.

That is what I already do, but on the account where I copied the files to, the the popup appears that tells me that my Zygor Elite has expired. Is there any way that I can prevent this message from popping up?

Try deleting the ZygorGuidesViewer folder on the 2nd install location first, then copy over from the 1st install location.

Hmm, that makes it sound like not all of the files are being copied over. You are copying the ZygorGuidesViewer folder itself or just selecting files inside that folder to copy?

I always copy the entire ZygorGuidesViewer folder.
